PT Tuban Petrochemical Indostries (TubanPetro)

TubanPetro"s 2022 CSR programs were focused on the education of students and the empowerment of MSMEs. As a holding company with its head office in Jakarta, TubanPetro’s CSR had been focused on a wider scale because the responsibility to conduct CSR programs for the communities around the operational area belongs to subsidiaries and associates. In carrying out the CSR programs in 2022, one of our subsidiaries, PT Tuban Propilena Nusantara (TPN), also participated in this CSR program.

In education, TubanPetro provided scholarships through a program managed by Karya Salemba Empat (KSE). There were 6 students from 5 leading State Universities (PTN), partners of KSE, who received scholarships. All students were members of the KSE Scholarship Recipients and throughout 2022 they had also been involved in several social programs for the environment (collecting trash) and blood donations.

For MSMEs, TubanPetro cooperated with the School of Food Innovation (SIP) to educate MSMEs regarding food. This was a year-round program involving online and offline learning activities which garnered the attention of hundreds of participants from various regions, especially in Central Java.

PT Tuban Propilena Nusantara (TPN)

As explained previously, TPN’s CSR programs were in collaboration with TubanPetro for the education of students and the empowerment of MSMEs.

TPN provided scholarships for 3 students of 3 PTNs. TPN was also involved in SIP’s program to empower MSMEs in the food sector. Furthermore, TPN also donated 100 packages, distributed through the Berkasmal Foundation, for those in need.
