CSR Programs in the Education Sector

TubanPetro Group contributes to the overall improvement of community education quality. The implementation of education programs includes providing financial aid for outstanding students, renovating school facilities/infrastructure, offering sponsorship funding, and facilitating skill development through internship or on-the-job training programs for students, and welcoming industrial visits. The details of these programs are as follows:

Pemberian Beasiswa BekerjasaScholarship Program in Collaboration with the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation (“KSE”)

TubanPetro provides a scholarship program for 6 outstanding students. KSE submits a periodic report every 6 months on the scholarship activities, including updates on each student’s academic achievements.

Scholarship Distribution to Schools in the surrounding Area of (Ring-1) TPPI Tuban

The TubanPetro Group provided scholarship assistance to 24 children from economically disadvantaged families and 24 high-achieving students from SDN Remen 1, SDN Remen 2, SDN Purworejo, and SDN Tasikharjo

Computer Donations for Limbangan Village, Lombang Village, Tinumpuk Village, and Majakerta Village, Indramayu Regency

A total of 2 computer units were provided to each of these four supporting villages as part of the TubanPetro Group commitment to supporting village development in information technology. This initiative aims to enhance the skills and expertise of villagers in operating computers. The computer units were donated to the village halls, allowing community members and children to visit and use them.

Character Development of Elementary/MI Students in the Ring-1 of TPPI Tuban

Coinciding with Indonesia Tree Planting Day, on November 28-29, 2024, the TubanPetro Group organized a tree-planting movement in Jenu District and a beach cleanup activity for elementary school students. The trees planted were Pandan Berduri, a native plant of Tasikharjo Village, while the beach cleanup took place at Pasir Putih Beach, Remen Village.

This activity was divided into two sessions. Session one (November 28-29, 2024) participated by SDN Tasikharjo, MI Miftahur Rohmah Tasikharjo, SDN Purworejo, SDN Remen 1, and SDN Remen 2. Session two (December 2, 2024) participated by elementary school students from SDN Remen 1 and SDN Remen 2, Jenu District, Tuban.

After the event, each student received one tree to be planted at their homes.

Received Industrial Visits at the Plant Area of TPPI

The TubanPetro Group welcomed various visits from students and university learners at TPPI to expand their knowledge about the work environment and industrial activities. In 2024, a total of 15 educational institutions conducted visits, including: SMKN 3 Tuban, SMKN PGRI 1 Tuban, PEM AKAMIGAS Cepu, Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur, Duta Wisata Cung Nduk Kabupaten Tuban 2024, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS), Universitas Brawijaya Malang Universitas, Darul Ulum Jombang, SDN Remen 1, SDN Remen 2, PPNS Surabaya.
