The TubanPetro Group strives to create harmonious, balanced relationships that align with the local environment, values, norms, and culture. The TJSL program, through support in the social, religious, and cultural sectors, supports local communities in preserving the ancestral traditions and cultural heritage of the region. The details of these programs are as follows:

Provided Supporting for Social, Religion, Cultural Activities in Tuban Area

The TubanPetro Group provided support for various cultural activities held annually by the local community. These activities included:

1. Sedekah Bumi (Earth Offering) ceremonies at Sumur Gede Sumurwaru Hamlet, Tlogo Alang-alang Remen Village, Syech Subakir Desa Tasikharjo, Purworejo Village, and Sumur Alang-Alang;
2. Donations for Karang Taruna Mentoso, Yayasan Desa Ring-1, and Yayasan Ribath Al Anwar Kaliuntu;
3. Qur'an Recitation Ceremony in commemoration of Isra' Mi'raj and Ramadhan at Masjid Nurul Jihad;
4. Rice Distribution to residents of Desa Remen Obvitnas.

Ramadhan Donation

Throughout the month of Ramadan, which falls in March-April, the TubanPetro Group distributed over 1,000 staple food packages. These packages were donated in collaboration with the village heads (Kuwu) from the Ring-1 area villages.

The beneficiaries varied, including local communities, particularly those less fortunate, such as vulnerable workers like flagmen and garbage workers, as well as the underprivileged. The donation packages were also distributed through foundations, village heads, youth organizations, and other institutions.

Additionally, donation packages were given during the Charity and Prayer Gathering within the TubanPetro Group, followed by donations to orphans.

Qurban Donation

The TubanPetro Group distributed more than 20 goats and 17 cows, to commemorate Eid al-Adha. These packages were donated to various locations in the Ring-1 Plant area Polytama and TPPI.

Employee Innovation Competition and Donation

The TubanPetro Group held the Employee Innovation Competition at PON, focusing on the themes of efficiency and green innovation. Additionally, it also actively participated in several university events, including seminars and competitions such as the CEO Talk 5 PTN organized by the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) and similar events.

The TubanPetro Group also regularly organizes donation events for orphans in Ring-1 PON

Additionally, the TubanPetro Group also provided donations in the TPPI Tuban area, as follows:

1. Donations and prayer gatherings in Remen Village for the refinery unit start-up activities;
2. Donations and prayer gatherings in Purworejo Village for the refinery unit start-up and the inauguration of the marine building;
3. Donations and prayer gatherings for the aromatic refinery start-up;
4. Orphan donations in Ring-1 villages to support smooth refinery operations;
5. Provision of iftar meals (ta'jil) at the Grand Mosque of Tuban;
6. Distribution of Eid packages to the families of deceased former employees.

In Indramayu, TubanPetro Group distributed 200 staple food packages to three villages: Tinumpuk Village, Limbangan Village, Lombang Village, and Majakerta Village.
